In my home state, there are/were several projects in operation to assist in harvesting rain water and suppressing hail (I don't buy the hail suppression part). This "cloud seeding" that has been going on in several states for several years involves the use of lower flying aircraft, see "Harvesting The Skies in 2009", an article posted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration: http://www.license.state.tx.us/weather/summary.htm I have seen this process myself and the trails they leave behind. The crafts maneuver to form distinct gridlike, trilateral, and/or linear patterns. It is not talked about(in the media), but there is publicly available information about weather modification. I would suggest people be careful not to dismiss the existence of chemically enhanced chemtrails/contrails or to confuse weather modification with dumping poisonous gases on the population with the intent to harm them, however the true and long term consequences of weather mod could in fact be harmful.
